Terms of Service

Last updated: April 20, 2026

Acceptance

By installing or using FlixMe, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

The Service

FlixMe is a movie-recommendation app that reads your emotional state through short mini-games and suggests a film that fits the moment. Recommendations are informational — not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

Acceptable Use

Account

An account is optional. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping access to your email address secure (sign-in is magic-link based). You can delete your account at any time by emailing hi@sabino.cl.

Content and Attribution

Movie metadata, posters, and streaming availability are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB), OMDb, and JustWatch (via TMDB). This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. FlixMe does not host or stream any films.

Availability

FlixMe is offered "as is" during the closed-beta phase. Features may change, break, or disappear without notice. We'll do our best to keep it working, but we don't guarantee uptime.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sabino is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are posted on this page with an updated date at the top.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile.
